The differences between 3D laser and the traditional technology:

 

A. Compared with the traditional technology, 3D laser has the following advantages: a. it can cut three-dimensional metal products (including products with complicated curved surfaces) b. It processes with high precision (tolerance range is 0- 0.4mm) in a short period of time (applicable to small batch of deep drawing well).

 

B. Compared with other cutting methods, the products cut by 3D laser have less deflection, a smaller heat affected area and a smoother cutting surface.

 

C. The machine configuration NC rotary tables are applied to pipe cutting and synchronously controlled by the six-axis system (Since it can be finished at the same time by clamping, its precision for process has been improved, and the process length can reach 3 meters.)
